When out camping or hiking in the Daniel Boone National Forest please remember to not camp or build fires under arches! Fire damages sandstone as does graffiti. Please respect our arches as camping, building fires and tagging arches is illegal and accelerates the eventual collapse of a natural bridge or arch. We dismantled the fire pit and dispersed the wood. Practice Leave No Trace when out in the woods.
